Any advance payment made to start a project is non-refundable once the project work has begun. This covers planning, consultation, design, development, and resource allocation.

3. Project Cancellation

• If the client cancels the project before any work has started, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable payment gateway or transaction charges.
• If the project is cancelled after work has started, no refund will be provided for the completed work.

4. Completed Projects

Once the website or agreed service has been completed, delivered, or approved by the client, no refund will be issued.

5. Domain & Hosting

Fees paid for domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, premium themes, plugins, or any third-party services are non-refundable, as these services are governed by their respective providers.

6. Client Delays

If the client fails to provide the required content, images, login details, approvals, or other necessary information for more than 30 days, the project may be placed on hold. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

7. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided if the client changes their mind after placing an order or decides not to continue with the project after work has commenced.

8. Technical Issues

If any issue arises due to our work, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it. We are committed to providing support to fix genuine technical problems related to the delivered project.

9. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal action where applicable.
